JJ is great! Came highly recommended thru NextDoor, and delivered great service. Fixed persistently running toilets and installed a new sink and faucet. Later that week he came out on a Saturday evening, (after an urgent call to him!) to fix a shower that would not shut off (damaged cartridge). I trust him and his work quality, so we have a maintenance plan through him now. Very happy!
