JJ was awesome. We had our 3 low-flow (functioning) toilets replaced with better options. No issues since. He offers a maintenance plan which evaluated our entire plumbing system within our home, including descaling our water heater and fiber optically scoped our sewage lines making sure no blockages or narrowing were there.
JJ is extremely personable. He gave us excellent options for our toilet choices. He spent the extra time to protect our home when completing his tasks and cleaned up as if he was never there. As for the scoping, he showed me how our lines looked on the monitor.
JJ with Merit Plumbing will be my first call, first choice for any plumbing needs in the future. I even asked for multiple cards so I am able to hand them to my neighbors and local family.
